Job Purpose
· Bank is running multiple projects on automating Payment solutions .The incumbent will be responsible for testing support and lodging the transactions in the processing system on remittances and investigations as per Bank’s internal policies and requirements.

Key Result Areas
· This position must ensure accurate and efficient processing and sound knowledge of all inward, outward
payments and Investigations
· Prepare the Test cases based on the existing FSD and BRD
· Perform the User Acceptance testing in the application.
· Testing involves functionality check end to end along with testing at screen level.
· Create a criteria for defining the test result and advise the Test lead on any defect
· Defects has to be captured with artefacts having both results along with expected result.
· Execute retesting once the fix has been delivered.
· While executing retesting, tester must ensure all aspects are being tested and not only the defect specific
· Maintain the testing run rate and provide the support in the daily performance discussion (DSR call)
· Prepare SOP, provide training to production staffs, support post production requirements.

· Ensures that the practice and procedures stated have been strictly followed during the course of testing/transaction processing.

· Immediately escalates service defect/issues to the manager/seniors.
· Shares responsibility with his/her seniors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 2-4 years of relevant working experiences
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Azure)
· Knowledge on Flexcube
· Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
· Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.
