Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide information on flights, hotels, and travel packages.
- Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel-related services.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Tourism/Travel background preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/booking portals.
- Prior experience in travel or customer service will be an advantage.
