Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions
