- Make travel arrangements for employees and clients including airfare, hotel, and transportation bookings
- Research and identify new travel vendors
- Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective travel solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
- Create detailed itineraries for all travel arrangements
- Communicate travel details and changes with employees and clients
- Provide 24/7 support to travelers during their trips
- Maintain accurate travel records and reports
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in travel booking software and tools
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Flexible schedule to accommodate travelers as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field preferred

Pay: ₹10,204.94 - ₹15,000.00 per month
