Role Description
We are looking for two professionals who have prior experience in trainer onboarding, engagement, or sourcing, preferably in the Edtech or training/learning domain. The ideal candidates should be skilled at identifying potential trainers/facilitators, managing communications, onboarding processes, and maintaining trainer databases. Familiarity with sourcing through LinkedIn, freelance platforms, or industry networks is essential.
