- 3+ years of experience as a toolmaker, mold maker, or precision machinist.
- Proficient with manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders) and CNC equipment.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
