Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for social media campaigns, ads, brochures, packaging, branding, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Translate briefs into visually engaging concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with content writers, creative directors, video editors, and strategists to develop high-quality designs.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare final designs for print and digital output as needed.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).
- Strong layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative, versatile design work.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and revise work quickly.
