Job Title: TIG/MIG WelderJob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welder to join our fabrication and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding components using both TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding processes, ensuring structural integrity, high-quality finishes, and compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on materials and requirements.
- Inspect and measure welded components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and polishing of welds when required.
- Identify and repair defects such as cracks, burn-throughs, and warping in welded parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a TIG and MIG welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Proficient in using a variety of welding tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
- Welding certification(s) preferred (e.g., AWS, ASME).
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position; may require overtime or weekend shifts.
- Work involves exposure to high temperatures, fumes, and loud noise.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
