Job Description: TIG Welder
We are seeking a skilled TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using TIG welding techniques with precision and accuracy. This position requires steady hands, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of welding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate TIG welding equipment to weld and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain welding machines for optimal performance.
- Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals with precision.
- Inspect and test welded components to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a TIG welder (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of TIG welding techniques and metal properties.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in handling precision welding for thin and thick materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Welding certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
