About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Test Prep Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales for GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL courses by providing expert guidance to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL courses.
- Provide information and advice to prospective students.
- Understand students' needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into enrollments.
- Assist with enrollment paperwork and payment.
- Maintain and track a database of leads.
- Stay updated on standardized test trends and requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies.
- Participate in promotional events, workshops, and webinars.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in education or test preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, and TOEFL tests.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
