Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new retail and distribution partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zoycare products.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stockists.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
- Provide timely reports and updates to the regional manager.
- Onboard all Super Market, Hyper Market, Retailshops, Medical Shops.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
