Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Research and Identification:Identifying potential tenders from various sources (online portals, industry publications, etc.) and analyzing their requirements.
- Bid Preparation:Working with internal teams (engineering, cost estimation, etc.) to prepare comprehensive and competitive bid documents.
- Bid Submission:Ensuring bids are submitted accurately and on time, following all submission instructions.
- Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure future business.
- Bid Monitoring and Evaluation:Tracking the status of submitted bids and evaluating outcomes to improve future bids.
- Reporting and Analysis:Preparing reports on tender activities, including successful bids, unsuccessful bids, and reasons for losses.
- Negotiation:Negotiating contracts and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of all tender activities.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., project management, cost estimation).
- Experience in construction industry and knowledge of tendering processes.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
