Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a background in Civil, Interior, or Construction to manage tendering processes for our commercial and government projects. The ideal candidate will handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and review tender opportunities from various portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, E-Tendering platforms)
- Prepare and compile tender documents as per RFP/RFQ requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (estimation, billing, design, etc.) to gather necessary inputs
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial documents
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation
- Maintain records of all submitted and upcoming tenders
- Follow up with clients and authorities for updates on tender status
- Assist in vendor registration and documentation updates on government portals
- Prepare compliance sheets, checklists, and summary reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the interior or construction industry
- Familiarity with government and private sector tendering processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), emails, and documentation
- Knowledge of online tender portals (e.g., GEM, E-Tender, CPPP, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
