Job Role : Bottling Line Operator
- Operate and monitor bottling line equipment (filling, capping, labeling, coding, shrink-wrapping, etc.).
- Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine cleaning of machines.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure line readiness (bottles, caps, labels, batch coding).
- Ensure bottles are filled accurately and sealed properly with correct torque/cap alignment.
- Check label application, coding, and packaging for compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor line speed, minimize downtime, and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records (output, downtime, wastage, rejections).
- Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines at all times.
- Assist in changeovers between different products, bottle sizes, and packaging formats.
- Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering for repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
