We at ATO India Limited are seeking for a Tender Executive with knowledge in E-Tendering to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and monitor relevant logistics tenders on GeM portal and other government e-procurement websites.
- Prepare and submit accurate pre-qualification, technical, and financial documents for e-tender participation.
- Maintain and update company profile, services, and product listings regularly on the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary data and approvals for timely tender submissions.
- Track tender status, handle clarifications, and manage communication with government departments professionally.
- Ensure all bidding processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Stay updated with GeM portal changes, tender rules, and best practices for successful tendering.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Must have experience of minimum 1 year in E-Tendering.
- Must be from the state of Maharashtra.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
