Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote our counselling and wellness services
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
- Persuade and convert leads into consultations and paid sessions
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, or email
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client details in CRM
- Coordinate with the counselling team for session bookings and follow-ups
- Work toward achieving monthly conversion and engagement targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling or Telesales experience (Healthcare, Wellness, preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is highly preferred (Bonus if both)
- Confident and self-motivated with a persuasive attitude
- Comfortable with telephonic communication and lead conversion
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Female candidates only
- Willing to work from the Greater Noida office
