Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present Indian dishes according to recipes.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
