Job responsibility:
To attend to customers calls, check & send correspondences, send quotations, followup for orders; Maintain all customer data in ERP / CRM like contact details, orders received, customer communications etc. basic coordination between clients and production as and when required for dispatches or sometimes service issues. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. To explain the product or service to potential customers
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Good at PR type of work and coordination. Experience should be of at least customer coordination and processing P.O etc in ERP or any MS office software.
Relevant work experience in marketing, promotions, telemarketing
Experience of follow up for orders or Lead generation in not a must.
Should understand English language at least even if can’t speak in English
Must have min 25 wpm typing and fair knowledge of computers – windows and MS office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
