Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our growing team at AdsDial. If you are someone who can build strong customer relationships, handle tele-calls with confidence, and manage WhatsApp Business API communication effectively – we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer details using CRM software like TeleCRM.
- Communicate with clients over phone and WhatsApp in Hindi and English.
- Convince clients, handle queries, and generate sales for the agency.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Be proactive in achieving sales targets and open to taking challenges.
- Coordinate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (TeleCRM) and WhatsApp Business API will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing power and ability to handle rejections confidently.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and target-oriented.
- Must have a laptop/PC, smartphone, and stable internet connection.

Salary & Benefits:
- ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
