Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Job Description: Selling membership packages and services over the phone, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing matrimony services, and converting leads into paying clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaboration: Working with team members to ensure smooth workflow, target achievement, and effective customer service.
Office timing: 10.30 to 7.30 pm 6 days working (1 rotational week off)
Salary: Based on Experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, both in English and Hindi (or the local language), are crucial for engaging with customers and explaining product information.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in telesales, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- Customer Service Skills: The ability to understand customer needs, address their concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Target Orientation: A strong drive to achieve sales targets and a positive attitude towards sales.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
