CAREER COUNSELOR

Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Bhubaneshwar. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, assisting with career development and management, and offering guidance to students. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, developing career plans, and communicating with students to understand their career needs and goals. The role also involves organizing workshops and seminars to enhance students’ career skills.
Qualifications :
●Career Counseling, Student Counseling skills
●Career Development, Career Management skills
●Excellent Communication skills
●Ability to work independently and collaboratively
●Experience in educational or training services is a plus
●Any postgraduate any apply
Salary Structure : Selected candidates will undergo an On-the-Job Training (OJT) period, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Upon successful completion of the OJT, candidates will be offered a full-time position as a Career Counselor, with a salary package of ₹3 LPA (CTC).
