Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Company
Location: Newtown, Kolkata
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Mode: Full-Time | Work from Office
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
- Explain company services and solutions clearly to prospects over the phone.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and client details in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create strategies for lead conversion.
- Handle client queries politely and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in telesales/telemarketing (digital marketing/IT sales preferred).
- Strong communication & convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into business.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
