Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary sales leader to join our Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit (BU) in Ludhiana, India. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic growth, develop sales strategies, and maximize profitability for our light commercial and enterprise segments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to capitalize on them
- Oversee financial performance, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the BU
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of BU sales goals with overall organizational objectives
- Drive product and service innovation to meet evolving customer needs in the light commercial and enterprise sectors
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Travel within the region as required for business development and client management
Qualifications
- BE / Diploma, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial or enterprise business sectors, with a proven track record in sales leadership
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable sales plans
- Excellent business development and client relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- In-depth knowledge of light commercial and enterprise markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and relevant business software
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business development
