Experience: 2-3 years in telesales
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Knowledge of IT products/services is a plus
- Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls
- Maintain strong client relationships
