JOB SUMMARY
This role will be a part of Business Resilience Services (BRS) Team. It supports the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across business and functions as per the organization’s BCM policy and methodology by assisting in developing system enhancement workflows, analytics support and visualizations using latest software methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align with the business resilience program and provide expertise on strengthening the program by application of latest analytics and visualization methods
- Transform the existing data visualizations through Power BI, into a more advanced modular dashboard provide actionable insights.
- Supports the program by applying the analytics and visualization in the day to day operations of the BRS program that includes, onboarding of new clients and/or services to the business continuity program, strengthening the processes and engagements with business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business continuity plans and testing the same
- Strengthening in tracking compliance to the agreed business continuity controls through ongoing reviews
- Integrate the outcomes from various analytics techniques to provide insights beyond the obvious, which helps create value for Accenture and its clients.
- Leverage a combination of multiple approaches for project execution, including internal assets, third-party and open-source solutions to create unique methods of delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, client teams and other functional teams globally to understand business problems and conceptualize, design and execute solutions using various data sources and advanced analytics approach.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – Bachelors/Masters
- Overall 2-4 years of experience in analytics and modeling in multiple domains (HR, Finance, Market Research etc.) – with hands on experience in handling data, analytics and visualization driven decision making.
- Proven background and experience in more than one of the following, with expertise in at least one – Survey Data Analytics, Business Resilience Analytics, Predictive Modeling/Machine Learning techniques.
- Proficiency in Primary/Secondary research.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
- Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Desired – Certification in Analytics
