Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telemarketing Executive (Female) to help us reach prospective participants, inform them about our training programs, and encourage enrollment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone, maintaining data, and following up with leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates for training and livelihood programs
- Clearly explain program benefits, eligibility, and enrollment process
- Maintain a daily record of calls, responses, and follow-ups
- Share information via WhatsApp, SMS, or email as needed
- Coordinate with the field and admin teams for participant confirmations
- Follow up with interested individuals and assist with registration
- Handle basic inquiries and escalate complex ones to the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Good verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Confident telephone manners and a pleasant speaking voice
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web)
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
- Polite, patient, and persuasive approach to calling
