Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Travel Agency
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Explain travel packages, offers, and services to clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing suitable travel solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Handle queries, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or travel sales preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, packages, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
