Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads (students/businesses).
- Explain our services (Web Design, Digital Marketing Courses, and Training).
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead database.
- Schedule appointments for counselors or business heads.
- Handle basic queries and redirect complex ones to relevant departments.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/sales (freshers welcome).
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Comfortable working on phone and computer systems.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
