Job Summary:
We are looking for a female telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, or customer support. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining professional communication to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide detailed information about products/services as required.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Good communication skills in English,Hindi,Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Positive attitude, polite behavior, and convincing skills.
