Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated female telecaller who can fluently speak Hindi, English, and Marathi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive client relationship. Basic knowledge of accounting and office assistance is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective real estate buyers and investors.
- Explain property features, answer queries, and generate leads.
- Maintain and update call logs, lead data, and follow-ups.
- Support in basic office tasks such as maintaining files, receipts, and records.
- Assist in preparing bills, basic entries, and maintaining Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team for client meetings and visits.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in client communications.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English (must)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Familiarity with accounting tasks (preferred)
- Real estate calling experience is an added advantage
- Should be punctual, organized, and a quick learner
- Willing to work from office – full time
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary:
As per experience & interview performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
