About the Role:
We are hiring a Telecaller who will be responsible for engaging with both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B) over phone calls. The role involves explaining product details, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting lead generation and retention – all without using a CRM system (manual/Excel tracking).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to retail customers, shop owners, distributors, and leads.
- Clearly introduce and explain products to both B2C and B2B contacts.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested parties.
- Keep proper records of all calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions in Excel or written format.
- Coordinate with the sales team to share hot leads or feedback from calls.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with businesses and individuals.
- Support sales campaigns, order confirmations, or basic issue handling over the phone.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (B2C/B2B).
- Comfortable using Excel and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and any regional language is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Clear, polite, and convincing communication.
- Ability to talk confidently with both customers and business clients.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of product promotion and sales techniques.
- Organized and detail-oriented (manual record-keeping required).
Salary: Rs. 12,000 – 16,000/month (depending on experience)
Incentives: Based on targets or business leads converted
