We are seeking a smart and dynamic Telecaller with experience in the education sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a target-oriented mindset.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Call prospective students/parents/clients and explain educational programs and services.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain and update the database of leads, follow-ups, and call records.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and benefits.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and queries in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for closing leads.
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive, preferably in the education field.
- Smart, confident, and persuasive personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software for data
*Preferred Skills*
- Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational sales.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
