About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales/marketing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads, follow up, and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/software.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for closures.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
