Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role demands excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about company products and services.
Maintain and update customer database with call records and feedback.
Generate appointments for the sales team by qualifying potential clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Provide prompt resolutions to customer queries and escalate issues when required.
