Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing customers to introduce our company's services.
- Present and explain the benefits and features of our services to prospective clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of customer information in the database after each interaction.
