We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive for Digital Marketing services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and convert potential leads into clients
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead nurturing
- Record call details and outcomes in spreadsheets
