Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to their concerns.
- Sales & Consultation: Provide detailed information about our services, guide clients in selecting suitable treatments, and effectively convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaboration with Medical Team: Coordinate closely with doctors to convey client requirements and assist in creating personalized treatment plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through timely follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and ongoing support.
- Event Representation: Participate in workshops, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote the clinic and generate potential leads.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor services to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Sales Documentation: Keep detailed records of client interactions, consultations, and sales activities to support performance analysis and reporting.
