Responsibility:
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of Software productsand service.
- Cold calling for lead generation Skills Required
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting calling on leads generated through different sources using scripts. .
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Only Female candidate required.
