Job Role: Tele Collection Executive (Consumer Durable – NBFC)
Industry: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
Product Line: Consumer Durable Loans (financing for electronics, appliances, gadgets, etc.) Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs.
- Remind them about due dates and payment methods.
- Debt Recovery
- Convince customers to pay outstanding dues.
- Provide payment options (UPI, bank transfer, online portal, branch)
Skills Required:
- Good communication (Hindi/English/regional language).
- Persuasion & negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Patience & ability to handle difficult conversations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
