Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience. The role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, managing site visits, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends, project knowledge, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure availability of updated project brochures, price lists, and other sales materials.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
- Address client queries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market preferred.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of digital platforms for lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field.
