Position: Telecaller
Location: Thane, Wagle Estate
Language Requirement: Fluent in Tamil ,Hindi ,English
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and patients.
Call patients and welcome them to the Hypertension PSP.
Provide clear information about the benefits of the PSP.
Explain the PSP process flow in a simple and understandable manner.
Share details about the free diet consultation and assist with appointment scheduling (with patient consent).
Inform patients about the required documents for PSP enrollment.
Receive and verify the submitted documents.
Enroll patients in the PSP after document verification.
Meet daily calling targets and update reports accordingly.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
