We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our services/products, and generating qualified leads or sales appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and explain services clearly
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Generate and qualify leads; follow up to ensure conversions
- Schedule appointments or pass leads to the sales team
- Maintain call records and share daily reports
- Provide feedback on customer needs and concerns
Key Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication (Hindi ,Bengali and English)
- Good listening and persuasion skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in tele-calling or tele-sales preferred
