Job Role:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive (Payment Recovery) to help us collect payments while maintaining good relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind them about overdue payments.
- Send payment follow-ups via email or other communication channels.
- Resolve any issues related to bills or payments.
- Work with customers’ accounts or stores teams to clear payments.
- Maintain accurate payment records in our system.
- Analyze payment delays and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
Who Can Apply?
- Education: Preferably a graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years in payment collection, accounts receivable, or similar jobs.
- Languages: Must know English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Skills Needed:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to solve problems and stay organized.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping basics.
- Comfortable with ledger reconciliation.
Job Details:
- Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Location: UBIXA Pvt. Ltd., Saturna, Badnera Road, Opp. Petrol Pump, Amravati, Maharashtra – 444607
- Salary: ₹10,000-20,000/month + performance bonuses
