Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain IT & marketing services
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions to generate business leads
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively
- Maintain call records and report daily progress to the team lead
- Conduct field visits when required to meet clients and close leads in person
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling, preferably in IT services or marketing solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally
- Good listening skills and persuasive speaking abilities
