A telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, gather information, and facilitate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Present and explain products or services clearly.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Achieve daily or monthly call and sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Work Environment:
