- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention language(s)].
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain professional under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call tracking tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with sales techniques or upselling is advantageous.
- Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts and adapt as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to generate quality leads.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales teams, if applicable.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and marketing strategies.
