Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and cross-sell financial products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Generate leads through cold calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Conduct customer profiling and risk assessment for financial product suitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer service and query resolution.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Knowledge of BFSI products and regulatory framework (training will be provided if fresher)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-based environment
- Good negotiation and client handling skills
