Must Have:
Overall, 3-5 years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
• Partner with hiring managers / Account Managers to understand role requirements.
• Source and engage top-tier candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess technical fit through resume evaluation and telephonic interviews.
• Run weekend hiring drives end-to-end to close critical roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and strategic hiring needs.
