We're looking to hire an immediate joiner for the role of Tax & Audit Associate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on 5+ years experience working in a CA Firm and a deep understanding of GST, Income Tax, Departmental Visits, ROC & MCA Compliance, EPF & ESI, Company Audit & Tax Audit, and General Accounting. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of accounting, tax, and compliance functions, directly impacting clients' financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and File Annual GST Returns
- Prepare and File Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Trust and Companies
- Ensure timely payment of Advance Tax and TDS Compliance for Clients.
- Ensure ROC & MCA Compliance, including statutory filings.
- Manage and Represent Clients during Departmental Visits and Audits.
- Handle EPF & ESI submissions and Compliance.
- Conduct Company and Tax Audits, and assist in Financial Statement Preparation.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including General Ledger maintenance and Reconciliations.
- Advise clients on tax planning, accounting, and compliance matters.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a CA firm.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Company Law, ESI & EPF, and Statutory Compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, BUSY, ZOHO) and Tax Filing Platforms.
