Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoori items as per standard recipes and quality
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food handling practices in the kitchen
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food operations
- Maintain inventory and place requisitions for tandoor-related items
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Tandoori Chef/Cook
- Expertise in North Indian cuisine, kebabs, rotis, and tandoori starters
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Team player with a passion for food and quality service

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
